All arbitration requests must be emailed to ATLArb@autonation.com

Include the following:
Last six digits of the VIN
Reason for arbitration
Dealer Name
Contact Phone Number

Sold Unit Pickup Policy
All sold units must be picled up within 7 days of sale date. After 7 days, units will be subject to impound and/or storage fees.

Baggage Policy
All bags subject to search
Backpacks are not allowed
Single compartment bags (example: reusable grocery bag) are allowed
Open-sided plastic milk crate (without a lid) is allowed
